Frustrating app and website – UNiDAYS: Student Discount App Review

I wanted to get the student discount for Apple Music and it made me go through UNiDAYS. So I downloaded the app as well. I entered my email and used a password from my phone and then the app kept loading and loading so I closed the app and tried to sign up again. It said there was already an account so I I tried logging in with the password my phone saved. And it said it was invalid. So I clicked reset. And then email said my account was incomplete and I had to complete it... but to complete it I had to log in... which I could not. So I used another email and made an account and tried updating to my actual email and it kept asking for my school and ID. Which I’ve already done. Ugh just so frustrating why does Apple make us go through UNiDAYS
