Experiencing bug or issue – Honor-Bound TCG CCG Card Quest Review

When I open the research and tap the scholars, the brown scroll that opens up is empty. And I had an exclamation mark on the artifact tab and the scroll still remains empty. I’m level 7 and still can’t get any heroes or do any research.
