Perfect for me – Glo | Yoga and Meditation App Review

I live well outside the city limits and getting to yoga classes is a challenge for me. Glo is a perfect solution for me. I have tried CD’s and DVD’s but the repetitiveness of this is far too monotonous for me. I like variety. Glo gives me this with teachers and styles and intensity. They keep adding classes which I appreciate particularly with the teachers I regularly follow. I am so grateful for this program. It has made a big difference to my yoga practice and on top of all that I feel like I am attending a regular class, a class that I can fit to my schedule
