Charged double and no way to unsubscribe – Home Fitness Workout by GetFit Review

I have been trying to unsubscribe from this app for three weeks unsuccessfully and am being charged $21.38 a week. Would someone from customer support please help me unsubscribe and receive a refund? Thank you.
