Confused – Horse Paradise: My Dream Ranch Review

I have this game on one phone, but upgraded to another phone, how do I transfer my account?! No where in the settings does it allow for me to do that n can you link your account to Facebook in order for account to transfer! This is a horrible design flaw and I think game was created and then “forgotten” by the developers..... love this game and have spent a fair amount of money but severely disappointed that I’m not able to play on my new phone....
