Eh – 7 Cups: Online Therapy & Chat Review

I'm sure this app works well for some people, and for those wondering if they should try it, I'd say yes. However personally I didn't get anything out of it. The situation I was going through was "too complicated" for the people I talked to, or they ghosted me, and the therapy costs $150 a month with no insurance option. So maybe if you're going through something someone can actually help with, this would be a great app for you. For me, it honestly made me feel in some ways worse.
