Multiplayer doesn't work – N.O.V.A. 3: Premium Edition Review

I've been playing this game for more than 3 years, I got a new iPad (iPad Pro 2017) and it's been working perfectly! But I don't know why this game doesn't work. It just gives me an error and says to try again. Contact doesn't help a lot. Worst customer service ever! I will not purchase or download anything from gamelost
