Can’t move the glass – Murder Mystery Case hidden object Find Crime Games Review

I see others have had this problem too... I see no responses to their complaints even going back 2 years. This tells me the support for this app doesn’t exist. I can’t play the game if I can’t move the glass so I can’t give it a good review.
