Extremely Upset with this app. – WorkTime: Shift Work Calendar Review

Extremely upset with this app all of my past & Present schedules for 2 Months just disappeared from the app as of August 15,2019 My yearly Subscription has been paid in full long time ago. Now! I have to start all over again, plugging my work schedule in.... What happened & Why....I need Answers....
