App does not function in the slightest – Hush - Beauty for Everyone Review

I’ve done numerous purchases on this app and I’ve loved each product I’ve received, but for a long time now, it refuses to open/ load. No matter how much I reload it or re-download the app, it doesn’t work. I could use the website, but the app is way easier to access. My phone is up to date and has no updating issues, so what’s the problem? Have there been no bug fixes to help your customers who have been experiencing this same problem? I have waited patiently for months and yet, nothing has been done.
