Having trouble – 7 Cups: Online Therapy & Chat Review

Enjoying the app so far but I cannot post anything through the app when I click reply no key board shows up and I am unable to respond or make a comment. So I order to chat or post I have to log on through safari to be able to reply through my account. All the app is good to me for is browsing.
