Very irritating to use – Ebook Reader Review

I was looking for an alternative to Amazon, so I bought and book from the website, which allowed me to purchase a guest. But I couldn’t download the book without the app, which also requires registration to download. And when I finally downloaded the book, it takes time to load each page. Disastrously clunky, not transparent about what it needs from the user, and I absolutely will not be using this app or ebooks anymore. Please do better, we need more alternatives to amazon that are actually functional!!
