Terrible – PlushCare: Video Doctor Visits Review

First of all, you can’t even view your past appointments so you can contact the doctor you spoke with previously. They made me think everything was going to be easy. It wasn’t. Spoke with Dr. Klenk for simple conjunctivitis. She ended up making me terrified that I was going to lose my vision and called me in a prescription that couldn’t be filled at any CVS near me or any pharmacy within a 50 mile radius. I called the number back and they put me on hold for so long I hung up. I wasted time and money and now I’m at Urgent Care ?
