Instagram not integrating – GifShare: Post GIFs for Instagram as Videos Review

I love the app as far as the gifs they provide! However my only issue is when i try to upload a video to create a gif, it’s saying “you need Instagram” which i have. I have no clue how to create my own gifs now.
