Has a Lot or Features, But Some Are Badly Designed – Markup – Highlight & Annotate Review

I use markup for math PDFs that my school assigns me. However, after using the pen tool, it tries to “sharpen” the writing by making the tips of numbers sharper. That does not always help. Sometimes the middle of 3s stick out with a sharp point making it look weird and making it look not neat. It is annoying. Over that, it’s a fine app.
