Add special event npcs & character request board in senja castle town – SwordArtOnline: IntegralFactor Review

now that I’m on floor 13 I prefer just to transport to SCT as my safe zone for guild and other “safe zone” stuff, so it’d be nice if the special event NPCs & character request board were also somewhere in town so I didn’t have to go back to the first floor so often
