Started out great, but ended up annoyed – timeshel- monthly photo prints Review

For several months I really enjoyed this app, and the little sets of pics they send you are lovely. However, then they did some system changes and after that it stopped working for me and my uploads just weren’t taking. I’ve emailed with their customer service a bunch and they seem to only receive about 30% of my emails for some reason so I keep having to forward emails I already sent. Cancelled my account and asked for a refund for the months I couldn’t upload and they refused. This would be a one star review if it weren’t for the first few months of good service.
