First time playing this app – Blackjack 101 - Play Perfect Review

It doesn’t explain itself very well. I want to know “why” the app disagrees with a move I selected, etc. Maybe I will get the hang of it. I always thought the dealer had a 16. Also, what do you mean by “soft” 17? Thanks, Bob PS: I love the game but want to understand the odds better. I want to hear a professional thinking out loud when a hand is dealt‼️ That would help me to understand “what” a professional sees that I don’t see‼️
