Best Buy – Foursquare City Guide Review

Did not refund a cancelled tv to my daughter’s Best Buy credit card as stated in the email to her almost 2 months after it was cancelled. Charged late fees and interest. Sent it to collections 2 years later. Not her mistake, an incompetent employee. She returned several times to the store to clear it up and was told by the same incompetent manager that it was”all set”. Still fighting it but it ruined her credit and she is waiting to hear on a mortgage with a higher interest rate thanks to them. She was told she has to pay the late fees and interest charges or risk not getting approved for the mortgage. I will never set foot in the Salem NH store or any other Best Buy ever again. On-line shopping will hopefully shut them down next.
