Waste of time - Useless – 7 Cups: Online Therapy & Chat Review

A friend was experiencing severe symptoms of her already diagnosed PTSD. As we were at work, and I had things to do, I left her in a private place with THIS app. She was not suicidal; she needed someone to talk to. After 45 minutes of being bombarded by useless platitudes of positivity, no one came to the phone to speak to her, nor did she receive a text message. An utterly worthless application. I’d never, ever recommend anyone to turn to this app if they were in need. Shame on you and your promise of help.
