I have gone back & forth for years with YogaGlo (now Glo. ) telling myself, as a teacher, I should be able to do my own home practice. I shouldn’t need all this hand-holding & extra guidance. I should save the money. But this app is beautiful. The teaching & quality of instruction is impeccable. It’s clean. Easy to understand. I love the range of styles (from conditioning to dharma talks & now some myofascial work -yay!) This app actually enhances & informs my own studentship & teaching. And yeah. For the price of a single studio class. Highly recommend.
