Doesn’t recognize transparency overlays – Mini Photobooth Review

I spent quite some time designing and creating logo overlays. I purchased the full pro version, then I added the overlay on a full photo. The transparency comes up as white and covers the photo. ? Apparently it doesn’t recognize the transparency in the image. I tried a png, i tried a jpf and a tiff, nothing works. I guess I won’t be using it with my logo which is a major disappontment.
