Excellent service. – Keepsake Frames Review

I used the Keepsake App to print and frame three wildlife photos from my iPhone. Kala with Keepsake emailed to let me know that one of them was going to be pretty grainy using the size frame I chose and sent a “picture” of what it would look like. She subsequently also sent me pics of how the other two would look and suggested that all three would look better in smaller, less expensive frames. I agreed and Keepsake refunded the difference. I received the framed pictures yesterday and they look great. The experience and service was A++ and something I don’t see often enough in service based business. I ordered another framed photo yesterday as a result and look forward to receiving it.
