Great support for this App! Thank you for fixing my problem! – Rivercast Review

I love this app and as we all know, those apps are only as good as the support team behind them. I’m mostly boating in the St.Louis, MO area - our small rivers will often go up and down several feet overnight. This Spring was particularly crazy with all the flooding, so when I noticed several gauge locators randomly disappearing off the map I assumed those gauges were off line... but could still see them on NOAA site, confusing me. I contacted the support team via email and have had the problem DIAGNOSED AND FIXED within few hours. It turned out to be my own fault - I have had somehow (inadvertently) turned the “Normal” setting check mark off in the list of gauge Settings menu, so all the gauges that were showing “Normal” level disappeared from my map. Having the developer/support team identify this quickly as a likely culprit was pretty awesome. Thank you!
