I hit the introductory offer twice and never received the credit or refund. I sent many emails with only 1 small response back. I sent them the Apple receipt showing I am changed and still waiting. No one wanted to either give me the Energy points or refund the money. Finally after being ignored from their horrible help desk service, I called apple to get the refund. You have a very nice story however was highly disappointed at your negligence to assist me.
