I can not collect my rewards and my gems are in the negative – War Dragons Review

I spent hard earned gems and now it says my gems are at -271 also the event will not let me collect my personal prizes with out resetting my game and I end up not having the prize please fix my game I am a veteran of this game and I have never ran into this glitch until now.
