Can't figure out – BOO - Your 3D Avatar Emoji Review

Everytime I try to sign in or make a new account after I'm done making my person it brings me to the screen where you pay for premium there is an X I press it then it says like are you sure and it has an arrow on that screen I press that also and it sends me back to the first payment screen?
