Trouble with set up – Fundbox - Small Business Loans Review

I would give a 5 star if only I can get it set up. For over a month I’ve tried repeatedly to link my bank etc. to this app and online; only to get emails from Fundbox offering to help set it up, then you get “you try back a little later we are fixing it in the system” I tried again today same thing, so I guess I just signed up for something that will never work ??
