Helpful customer service; still improving – Contacts Journal CRM Review

I have used this app for years to log notes from my counseling as a pastor, and the journal feature is very helpful. I recently encountered a glitch, though: it’s way too easy to erase all your contacts! However, customer service hung in there with me for over 24 hours until I had been able to restore them. Adding a safety net so this can’t happen, along with a method to eliminate duplicate contacts, are improvements that will make this app a 5-star one.
