Would give 0 stars if I could! – Pantaya Review

I got the app on april (easter day) and since then cancelled it since i did not like the app.I was charged for that month and I was fine with it as I had forgotten to cancel my subscription so I then proceeded to cancel it as i did no longer want,use it or need it nor wanted to be charged the following month.I called customer service since I needed assistance because we couldn’t figure out how to cancel it.They did help and said that my subscription was cancelled.But come May,June,July and NOW AUGUST I am continually being charged for it.Ever since May I have been calling to ask why this is still happening but it has been the same thing for 4 MONTHS.And now enough is enough! I do NOT want to continue being charged for it as i do NOT use it and have been told IT IS cancelled.Please CONTACT US AND REFUND US back asap as I have called today and received no answer!
