listen up please – Neon - Aesthetic Video Effects Review

i got this because i wanted to make my video from a tame impala concert dope, but my screen is all flip floppy. like it won’t show the full video and gets cut off and only the top hog of the screen has something on it, AND ITS SIDEWAYS. i’m kind of sad and frustrated it’s not working. please fix.
