An error on this game but I still like it – Jurassic Dinosaur Online Sim Review

So I called my dad he didn’t know and the error i don’t know if it’s a error or a bug but it’s loading me into a world and the multiplayer is on but it puts me into an empty island and no other people can go in the empty island and creators do you think you can fix that for me please? thank you so much if you do ?
