Cool and fun but needs improvements – SWORD ART ONLINE:Memory Defrag Review

Ok, don’t get me wrong, I like the game, it’s fun and challenging and controls are nice, and only need one hand to operate properly but not amazing as they say in the pictures, they’re very far from intuitive. One improvement are the controls, they feel finicky and unresponsive, they don’t feel natural and intuitive, very hard to get even close to usable, most times out of 10 when I try to parry it either doesn’t respond or I jump, getting me hit. Some bosses in this game are insane, like the Lava Reaper for an event quest, it’s feels near impossible with the controls I mentioned earlier. See the Lava Reaper is supposed to “break” from partying and as I mentioned, it’s very hard to do so and with the added effect of continuous airborne stunning and non-parry attacks that fill half the field and put you in a rubbish situation dishing out damage that could take out half your HP in a matter of seconds and kill you even with precautionary measures. Sometimes the airborne stunning just gets excruciatingly frustrating when you’re sitting there unable to do anything as you say bye-bye to all your HP, it just seems too overpowering. I’m not going to talk about hit-boxes too much as all I’m going to say are some hit-boxes are too small like Asuna’s Quadruple Pain, Vertical Arc and most downward attacks, and some are too big like Kirito’s Virtualize Acceleration, and almost everyone’s Vorpal Strike. Some are perfect, with the right ratio of difficulty and reliability for example, OS Asuna’s Mother’s Rosario, Silica’s Heat Upper, Swift Trick, and Yuna’s Neutron. These I feel can definitely be fixed, not immediately but I think they’re possible.
