Developer had a change of heart, me too – Doodle Cam Review

I agree with picknspade. We got the app when it was free for a limited time. Then, they changed it to free but pulled the highlighted features out when upgrade to make you pay for it. So, in essence, the early birds didn't get the worm. Just for that. I'm not paying for this app.
