The music doesn’t work on the ball mode and it also keeps glitching – Music Helix Ball Review

Okay so I got this game and it was good at first the music worked and the ball mode never glitched for the first three months.but now the ball mode is glitching.for example I’ll be halfway through with a level and it will put me back to the beginning so please fix this I would hate to delete the game.
