Worst App I’ve Ever Purchased – Hair Color Changer . Review

I can’t believe I actually just wasted money on this. At first I thought it was free (which it should be, because it’s so crappy) and I thought I’d upload a pic and there would be different hair color filters (much like some of the ones Snap uses) to see what blonde would look like on my black hair. Not the case. I don’t even know what the heck this app just did to my photo. I can’t believe this app is allowed on the App Store. That’s how bad it is.
