No Reward Upgrade Ever on Daily Spin – Bejeweled Blitz Review

I have written support 3times to let them know that I have never received the upgrade promised, after 3 spins on the Daily Spin. This is in spite of having watched two ads to get the 2nd & 3rd spins. Per their recommendation, I have restarted game & closed all other apps to no avail. They say that advertisers do not inform them that I’ve watched the ads to get the upgrade. That, however, is ridiculous, as the Reward Upgrade shows I should be receiving it by emptying the side bars. In all the years I’ve been playing, I, like others, have only received the grand prize two times after a rare gem use and the 50k prize once. In both cases, it appears that the developers have fixed it so that you will need to purchase coins, rare gems, gold bars, etc, not earn them with play.
