Didn’t send to store – Photo Prints Now: CVS Photo Review

I used this app and made my photo selections and got a confirmation number that it had been sent to the store and when I went to go pick it up over 2 hours later they had never received it. I tried again in store and when I finished my Selection and got a 2nd confirmation number, the store said they still didn’t get it. I’m very frustrated and wish the app would actually send the information like it said it would. I had the correct address for the store and everything.
