Cancel this app is nearly impossible – Runtastic Running Tracker PRO Review

I fallowed the instruction online and there is nothing to actually cancel this app. Neither from the app, online or iTunes. I send a request online under “ requests “for cancellation... supposedly I am getting an email. I requested it now 3 month in a row and NOTHING on 8/23 my NOT wanted renewal is scheduled!!! I am going to call BBB if I get charged. I used to love this app, but I went to Fitbit and I have a free membership with them. I have no use for Runtastic any longer.
