Ok iPad Twitter client, but could be the best – TwitBird Premium Review

The UI doesn't make effective use of the iPad in portrait mode. Searches and Lists really need to be combined into menus, and not laid out combined with other menu items, which makes it confusing. Also needs integrated t.co decoding now that Twitter has moved to this format. This app has some excellent features, but needs improvement in the layout.
