I don’t know what’s happening? – SNOW - AI Profile Review

I love this app so much. But some features do not work anymore. Like the eye color setting for example. No matter what color I try to pick, it never shows up. As well as some other features. I’ve tried deleting and downloading several times, but nothing works. Help
