Only one drawback- can’t use photos already on phone, must take new ones – State Farm® Pocket Estimate Review

App is good and easy to use. The only drawback I found is that I had taken pictures of my sons truck the day of the accident and they were kept on my phone (iPhone 8plus) but then when it was time to upload pics and info to the app I had to take new pictures. I could not simply use the ones that I had already taken and were on my phone already. Which meant I had to go to where his truck was to complete. Other than that, very simple and good.
