Great apps, but in-app purchase had problem – NOMO CAM - Point and Shoot Review

I tried to purchase 135B and got charged $3 (the camera cost $1.99) and the item was never made available in my apps and it also wasn’t in purchase history either to track, receive refund or anything. Need developer’s response to fix it.
