I have apologized to the developer for the previous post. The problem I had was on MY end - it was not a fault with the app. While it did take a little longer than expected to receive a reply, (he had an issue with his email) Paul did reply and was very helpful.
I have found this app to be a blast! While there is a minor issue here and there, they are easily overlooked due to the sheer enjoyment in using the app.
Great scenery, great audio of the rivers and surrounding areas - and some beautiful fish to boot.
Thanks for a really good app, Paul. And especially for your patience regarding my mess up.
I’d give the app itself 4 stars, perhaps five. But the two-star rating is due to lack of communication from customer support.
I purchased a multi-river pack, but never received any download notification. I sent four separate emails to two different email addresses. All four attempts came back as undeliverable.
If the developer is experiencing a server issue, that is one thing. However, a note could have been posted on the app store that they were/are having server issues.
A refund would be appreciated.
