Question – Analytics Reports+ Review

This app has been helpful on who stalks my page. I’m just confused on what the number buy the hearts and comment icon mean? Also on the “most engaged” shows a bunch of hearts and comment by the persons name. And I know that doesn’t mean how many times they liked or commented my picture because I know that’s not right.
