In app purchase didn’t work – Galaxy Attack: Space Shooter Review

My kid likes this game, so we bought one of the rockets for $1.99. But it never worked. And there’s no “restore purchase” button. Also when I went to the App Store to contact the developer it took me to their Facebook page (I’m not on Facebook).
