Game is stuck and can’t play – Elvenar - Fantasy Kingdom Review

Been playing this game for about a week and now it’s stuck. When I login the screen is dark and I cannot interact with anything. I cannot complete work or scroll around my city. I have restarted my device three times, each after closing the app. HELP!
