Still evaluating – Weather Pro · Review

The first time I really used this app, a popup was asking if I liked the app, but the only choices were yes and no. Since I’ve not really used it yet, I hit yes, then this ratings popup appeared, so...still checking it out. I like the design and layout, but in a low WiFi setting (which I’m in right now while traveling), it feels sluggish and wouldn’t respond when trying to change the city.
