Game freezes when I try to upload or download – Block Fortress Review

I started to play this game a few days ago(I’ve had it for a few years) and whenever I try to upload one of my maps or download another one, the game freezes. I don’t know what to do at this point. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but that didn’t work. It would really help if this bug was fixed.
