Frustrated!!! – Bloons Review

I think there's a problem with level 26 on level pack 3...the problem is that it's practically impossible to beat..please fix this, it is so frustrating, and I've had this app for like about 7 or 8 months now, and there has never been an update on this app since I got it!!!!
